Our Mission

The Southern Virginia Higher Education Foundation is the fundraising-arm of the Southern Virginia Higher Education Center.  With the generosity of donors and fundraising events, these proceeds fuel student scholarships, faculty support programs, and areas of greatest need within the Center.  

The SVHEF is dedicated to opening doors and creating opportunities for curious minds in Southern Virginia, -one class and one donation at a time.

The Community Campus on the Hill

The SVHEF is convientently located alongside the

Southern Virginia Higher Education Center.

Also sharing the campus is our local performing arts center,

The Prizery and the Halifax County Chamber of Commerce.

 

The Foundation Supports Workforce Training & College Degree Programs
