The Foundation Scholarship Funds are issued directly to the specified institution and to be used for tuition and books only. The scholarships awarded are without regard to race, color, ethnicity, religious, gender, or sexual orientation. Scholarships are based upon availability of funds and additional qualifying criteria.

Personal Essay describing your financial need and your passion for area of study. Include previous academic accomplishments, short and long-term goals with your career plan. 3. Two Professional or Academic Letters of Reference (Teacher, Employer, Supervisor). Letters MUST be signed.
