All applicants will be expected to provide a 25% match of the grant request. Grant terms are stated in the Southern Virginia Higher Education Foundation Bylaws. Organizations receiving SVHEF grants will have 60 days to submit a closing form to the Southern Virginia Higher Education upon the project's completion.
